Medical Assistant or EMT or LPN – Family Practice (1:1 Provider Support) | ProHealth Care - Mukwonago Clinic

This role supports a Family Practice provider in a high-volume clinic, with a strong focus on both patient care and Epic in-basket management.

Schedule:

  • 0.9 FTE (37 hours/week)
  • Weekday schedule with one consistent day off

 

What you will do:

  • Provide 1:1 support to Dr. Gretchen Mueller - https://www.prohealthcare.org/find-a-provider/profile/gretchen-mueller-md/ 
  • Room patients across a mixed population (pediatrics through geriatrics)
  • Manage Epic in-baskets, including results, patient communication, and follow-ups
  • Complete prior authorizations and support care coordination
  • Balance clinical and administrative workflows throughout the day
