Job Description:
Washington Square Nursing & Rehab is immediately hiring compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for Day Shift positions. We are currently looking to fill one full-time and one part-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Provide quality, compassionate care to residents

  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

  • Support residents with meals and hydration

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and care team members

 

Qualifications:

  • Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Compassionate and patient-focused mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
