SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking an exceptional caregiver for a high-hour, consistent schedule supporting a client with advanced ALS.

This is not just a fill-in shift.

We are looking for someone dependable, emotionally grounded, physically capable, and deeply compassionate — someone who can become a stabilizing presence for both the client and family.

Schedule Available:

Consistent weekly schedule with opportunity for FULL schedule ownership for the right caregiver.

Shifts currently include:

10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Multiple days available
Potential live-in or expanded hours possible

Care Includes:

Transfers & mobility assistance
Personal care support
Incontinence care
Dressing & hygiene assistance
Meal prep/light housekeeping
Emotional support & companionship
Supporting spouse/family during advanced illness

Ideal Caregiver:

Experienced with lifts/transfers
Calm under pressure
Warm, mature, and dependable
Comfortable with advanced conditions
Strong communication and consistency
Hospice, ALS, paralysis, or high-acuity experience strongly preferred
