Summary

Under the supervision of and in collaboration with the RN, performs responsibilities exercising initiative, judgment and independent decision-making within the scope of the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policy and other governing organizations.

  • Assumes accountability and responsibility for quality of resident care provided. Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in all situations.*
  • Fosters support and team building with residents & families, RCA's, and manager.*
