1. Demonstrates a competent level of understanding and application of the AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care. Care is complete and addresses physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient and family.

2. Consistently provides safe and effective nursing care at a competent level. We provide Level II Maternal Specialty care and deliver approximately 1,750 babies each year under the care of our OB/GYN physician teams from three local clinics. Our Women’s & Infants’ team is supported by a full-time W&I Licensed Social Worker, Inpatient and Outpatient Lactation Support Services and a Women’s Center Outreach team.
