As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence.
Every day, you will actively engage with patient care needs, guide and support your nursing team's growth, and champion departmental objectives. You'll fiercely advocate for your fellow nurses, fostering an environment where every individual reaches their full potential.

Your exceptional communication will shine in 1:1 interactions with physicians, consultants, and family advocates, as you skillfully navigate challenging conversations to ensure optimal performance and patient outcomes.
- Facilitate organizational through-put by evaluating unit staffing and patient placement as needed.
- Assessing the needs for advisory status and measures to reduce/remove the facility from being on advisory.
- Organizing and scheduling after hours, emergent and weekend surgical cases as needed and notifying all necessary staff of procedures.
- Serving as incident commander for all internal/external events as the command center is established and additional leadership is notified.
- Managing internal staff conflicts that arise when Managers/Directors/Vice Presidents are not present on site.
- Ensuring EMTALA guidelines are followed for patient transfers.
- Bachelors Of Science in Nursing and 2 years of charge nurse or leadership experience within last 5 years, upon hire and
- and 3-5 years of recent nursing experience , upon hire
- Registered Nurse: TN, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
