We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in White Rock, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. 

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. 

Available Shifts: 

24 hours a week, 8 hour shifts. The patient would like visits on Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Saturday.
 

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
  • Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
  • Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
  • Maintain records and documentation of services.
  • Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient. 


Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work on an as-needed basis
  • CPR
