As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:

Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Ideal Candidate will have either special procedures, ICU, or Emergency Department experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

Additional on-call for position, 30 minute call radius.

$4.75 Cath Lab Differential Applies upon hire.

Following birth, mothers and babies transition to postpartum/well-baby care, where couplet care is encouraged to keep families together. Our patient population ranges from neonatal to geriatric and we care for all complaints. We see many high acuity patients with about a 33% admission rate. This is a desirable department as we see a high number of acute patients, but this environment is also very high-stress and high-emotion. It is imperative that our nurses have a great attitude, strong work ethic and most importantly have compassion to care for those who have entrusted us to take care of them.
