We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their home environments. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs. Base Pay : $17.00 per hour; there are shift differentials for weekend shifts, and shifts under 4 hours in length. Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals. Support medication reminders and ensure safety protocols are followed within the home environment. Assist with transportation for appointments, errands, or social activities as needed. Requirements Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience working as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for assisting with errands and appointments. You will be asked for proof of car insurance with your name on it!
