We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our team at Fountain Care at Sunset Hills. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while safely administering medications and supporting residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities of Certified Medication Technicians (CMT):

  • Administer medications as prescribed and directed by physicians and nursing staff
  • Monitor residents for medication reactions and report concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
  • Communicate with nurses and healthcare staff regarding changes in residents’ conditions
  • Ensure medication carts and storage areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff
  • Promote a positive and compassionate atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
