RN Nurse Manager of our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This is a full-time leadership position. Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor's in progress.

  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum upon hire.

  • 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nursing Management experience.

  • Strong background working as a RN in Critical Care.
