Job Summary:

Right at Home Bowling Green is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of home care professionals. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical home care services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance to clients

  • Develop personalized care plans for each client, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office team to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to provide non-medical care and assistance to adults in their home setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate and patient attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
