Job Summary:

Right at Home Bowling Green is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of home care professionals. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical home care services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance to clients
Develop personalized care plans for each client, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office team to ensure seamless care delivery
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to provide non-medical care and assistance to adults in their home setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
