  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history

  • Accurately monitor and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure

  • Keep detailed and up-to-date clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care provided

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
