Job Summary:

As a Caregiver (Home Health Aide), you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support services in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing caring and dependable companionship
Light housekeeping
Preparing meals and snacks
Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)
Transportation to and from appointments and activities
Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client's unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers team and your client's family

Perform delegated tasks after instruction by RN or PT. Bathe clients, assist with showers and partial baths as appropriate.
