Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and daily living skills
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Work in collaboration with the care team to ensure seamless care and services
Communicate effectively and maintain accurate records of client care and services
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with clients and their families
