About the Role:

As a Caregiver with Harmony at Home Senior Care, you'll have the flexibility to work part-time (15-25 hours/week) and choose your days and shifts. You'll support individuals in their homes with everyday tasks, routines, and companionship, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Our clients are located in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and we'll do our best to match you with clients near your home and suited to your availability.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & Support: Assist with grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing as needed; support with mobility and safety; encourage independence while offering consistent safety.
• Homemaking: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, tidying, and sweeping; keep living spaces clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Meal Prep & Nutrition: Prepare simple meals or snacks according to client needs; encourage hydration and healthy eating habits; assist with feeding when necessary.
• Routine & Safety Monitoring: Provide medication reminders; help follow daily schedules or care plans; be a watchful eye for signs of illness or discomfort.
• Companionship & Emotional Connection: Talk, listen, play games, or go for short walks (if client is able); be a reliable presence to reduce loneliness and build trust; help clients feel respected and supported.
