The Opportunity

We’re seeking board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners with experience in women's health to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Your Impact

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance

  • Charting, addressing patient questions, and responding to administrative tasks and messages

Primary Clinical focus

  • PCOS, Hypothyroidism / Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause / Perimenopause / HRT, PMDD, Obesity / Weight Management, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and Anxiety/Depression (mild to moderate)

Required Qualifications

  • Required Certification: Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner

  • Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, PMDD, and Obesity

  • Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion

  • Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care

  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research

  • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms

  • Telemedicine: Experience is a plus!

  • State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state of need is required.

Manager of Hospital Programs Nurse Practitioner

Under limited supervision, the Manager of Mobile Hospice Response Team (MHRT) plans, implements and manages all administrative, personnel, and operational activities of the Mobile Hospice Response Program. This includes supervision of MHRT nurse liaisons and Liaison nurses assigned to MHRT and partner hospitals., They work closely with the Medical Director in the development, implementation and administration of clinical operations, policies and procedures pertaining to the MHRT. The Manager of MHRT develops and coordinates educational activities for both internal and external staff. They will also serve as primary care provider for selected patients on behalf of Gilchrist who are enrolled in hospice in the MHRT partner hospitals. Education: Successful completion of certified nurse practitioner program.
