Highly Experience Caregiver in Montgomery

We are seeking highly experienced, compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional, client-centered care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Montgomery and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility

  • Provide safe transfers, ambulation assistance, and fall‑prevention support

  • Assist with medication reminders and monitoring for changes in condition

  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor and accurately document client care, behaviors, and condition changes

  • Follow individualized care plans and report concerns to supervisors or care coordinators

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ months professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing

  • Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care strongly preferred

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, transfers, and prolonged standing

  • Dependable transportation and valid driver license

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Specialized experience with hospice, mobility limitations, or chronic conditions

  • Comfort using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other assistive devices

  • Flexibility with schedules including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
