Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents in skilled nursing, while following established policies and procedures and providing compassionate care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current or eligible for certification in CPR

Job Requirements The Home Training PD Registered Nurse evaluates and trains the dialysis facility’s home peritoneal dialysis patients, care partners and families for the home dialysis program.
