One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Be the Best Clinical Support Specialist You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state. Possess and maintain CPR certification. Previous experience in home care setting preferred. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred. Responsibilities: Daily completion of the following tasks: daily management of KPIs, field staff support, verbal orders, workflow, escalation/complaint calls, updating clinical information, and field visits as required. Stand up / Stand down & Case Conference required reporting to ensure quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience.
