Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Position Summary Responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs of the residents. Hiring for all shifts! 6A - 6P and 6P - 6A Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Administers enteral feedings along with oral, injectable, and intravenous medications and treatments within the LVN scope of practice as prescribed by the physician and per facility policy · Ensures all aspects of delivery of care to residents by nursing assistants are completed within the established time frames according to Resident Care policies and procedures · Performs and is co-responsible for narcotic counts as per Resident Care policies and procedures · Ensures dispensing of medications and treatments by all routes as ordered by the physician within established time frames.
