Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant 

Location: 189 Applegarth Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831, United States 

Shift: Full Time /Part-Time / Per-diem

 

The CNA assists nursing staff in delivering direct resident care and basic nursing services in accordance with facility policies and procedures. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. 

 

Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 

Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques 

Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as required 

Serve meals and assist residents who require help with feeding 

Maintain clean and organized resident rooms, including making and changing beds 

Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs 

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff 

Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines 

Document care provided in accordance with facility policies 

Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being 

 

Qualifications 

Must be 18 years of age or older 

Current CNA certification or enrolled in a state-approved Nurse Aide program (must obtain certification within 120 days) 

Current CPR/BLS certification 

Strong communication and teamwork skills 

Compassionate, patient, and dependable
