RESPONSIBILITIES:

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

-Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-Meal preparation and light housekeeping
-Medication reminders
-Mobility and transfer assistance
-Companionship and emotional support
-Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

-Observing, reporting and documenting client status and the care or service provided,

-Basic hygiene and basic infection prevention and control practices

QUALIFICATIONS

CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
Must have available reliable transportation must also have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Have a copy of his/her Social Security card
Have a visa or proof of citizenship in compliance with federal requirements for employment.
Provide verifiable professional and personal references.
Pass a criminal background check under the requirements of the Health Care Worker Background Check Act without a waiver
REQUIREMENTS:
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable, patient, and professional
• Be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow care plans
• Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
