Position Overview 

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a part-time role with the potential to grow into fulltime hours. This position primarily provides inhome personal care services to clients and also includes regular office duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and being part of a supportive, tightknit team. 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Care (Primary Role) 

  • Cover cases when we open them as we work to connect caregivers and clients 

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families 

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance 

  • Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) 

  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders 

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse 

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided 

Office Support  

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with basic administrative tasks 

  • Help with filing, organizing client records, and preparing care packets 

  • Support scheduling staff with confirming shifts or communicating updates 

  • Assist with general office operations during staff absences or busy periods 

Qualifications 

  • Current Michigan CNA certification 

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance 

  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening 

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient centered mindset 

  • Comfortable working independently in client homes 

  • Willingness to assist with office duties when needed 

Schedule & Hours 

  • Part-time to start (15–25 hours/week), with opportunity to increase to fulltime 

  • Flexible scheduling based on client needs 

  • Occasional office hours during business hours when coverage is required
