Job Summary:

Advanced Rehabilitation & Healthcare of Live Oak is seeking a highly motivated and experienced LVN Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Live Oak, Texas. As a LVN Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing needs, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery to our residents. Responsibilities:

Coordinate staffing schedules, including arranging for coverage and managing staff assignments
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and facility requirements
Monitor and report on labor costs, overtime, and employee hours
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care to residents
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and external agencies
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Identify and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to staffing and resident care
LVN Staffing Coordinator will work closely with the facility's leadership team to achieve facility goals and objectives

Requirements:

LVN license and current certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a staffing coordinator role
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
