Job Title: Live-in Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA)
Location: Millis, MA

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-in Caregiver to provide full-time in-home support to a client in Millis, MA and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable providing continuous care and companionship in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment

  • Offer medication reminders as directed

  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition

  • Follow individualized care plans and family instructions

Requirements:

  • Prior caregiving or live-in care experience preferred

  • CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus

  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate

  • Ability to stay in the client’s home for scheduled live-in shifts

  • Strong communication and dependability
