We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining staffing schedules, supporting team members, and ensuring quality resident care through proper coverage and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain staff schedules
  • Manage call-offs and arrange shift coverage as needed
  • Communicate with nursing staff regarding scheduling updates
  • Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and facility policies
  • Assist with payroll-related attendance tracking
  • Support department managers with staffing needs
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current CMT certification
  • Previous staffing or scheduling experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Dependable and team-oriented attitude
