High School Diploma or GED required
Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Complete accurate documentation of the services you provide. Safely use all equipment and supplies. Protect the confidentiality of all client information. Use the telephone check-in/check-out system to record your working hours. Perform any additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1+ year of caregiving experience (personal or professional) . Strong communication skills and compassion for helping others. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
