Position Overview

As an LPN or RN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality resident care during overnight hours while supporting the overall clinical operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
Maintain accurate documentation and charting
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Promote a safe and compassionate environment for residents

Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
