Job Summary:

Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations, while ensuring patient safety and well-being

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers

  • Monitor and report patient progress, ensuring timely communication with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of our rehabilitation and long-term care programs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and promote patient independence and autonomy

Registered Nurse RN Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of New York

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse RN, preferably in long term care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
