BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN – Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.

Position Overview

The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

Requirements
  • Active Florida RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

Previous supervisory and teaching experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current CPR Certification Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
