How you’ll make an impact in this role

Under the supervision of a nurse, provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

  • Deliver essential, compassionate care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living and accurate vital sign monitoring, to ensure patient comfort and stability.
  • Proactively monitor and assess patient status and responses to treatment, escalating critical changes immediately to the supervising care team to safeguard patient well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous, high-quality documentation of all patient interactions and care delivery to ensure seamless and accurate medical records
  • Collaborate with the preceptor and interdisciplinary team by sharing timely test results and key patient observations to directly inform and shape personalized care plans.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
