LNA Full-time

The Center for Living and Rehabilitation is looking for Licensed Nursing Assistants for all shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm), evening shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm), and night shift (10:30pm - 7:00am) full-time, part-time, and per diem available. 

We are a beautiful skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT. Under the direction of the LPN or RN and in conjunction with the residents'/patients' plan of care, the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides or assists the resident/patient in basic nursing and restorative duties.

Compensation:

  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $15 - $20 an hour

We appreciate our staff, which is why we provide sign on and retention bonuses. Generous shift differentials- $2.25/hr for evenings, $2.50/hr for nights and $1.25 for weekends. Responsibilities:

  • The Licensed Nursing Assistant provides or assists the resident/patient in basic nursing and restorative duties.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior LNA experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant License by date of employment required.
  • Qualified current heart saver Adult AED or equivalent
