As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you must:

Be experienced and skilled in all Activities of Daily Living
Be able to transfer tranfer clients, and be comfortable operating a Hoyer lift
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Provide all type's of personal care needs as a CNA
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish friendly communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, office staff and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Driver's License Required

Our Hospice Nursing Aides may assist patients' family members in caring for their terminally ill relatives by instructing them on how to go about performing basic health-care routines.
