Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and grooming

  • Assist with medication reminders

  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients

  • Encourage and support clients' independence

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, family members, and other caregivers

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in caregiving or healthcare (additional training provided)

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver license; auto insurance

Work Environment:

  • Work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one care and support
