Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prioritizes nursing care provided to patients utilizing principles of growth and development under the supervision of the registered nurse.
Completes patient care timely and accurately based on the prescribed plan of care in conjunction with the Registered Nurse
Completes documentation according to specific guidelines.
Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits
Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct
Requirements:
Students currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and in good academic standing.
Must have completed 1-2 clinical rotations in a School of Nursing program (2 clinical rotations is preferred).
Acquire hospital experience while in school.
Must be willing to float to various units.
Current CPR certification through the AHA

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
