We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, along with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings. 

Currently Hiring for FT

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and maintain the health and well-being of residents on the unit 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families 

  • Address and help prevent concerns from residents and family members 

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans 

  • Supervise, coach, and provide direction or disciplinary action to nursing staff when needed. 

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies 

  • Provide hands-on nursing care and medication administration as required.

Compensation  

  • $41 - $45/hr and is determined by experience

Qualifications 

  • Current and active New Jersey RN/LPN License 

  • Previous nursing home management/supervisory experience required 

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills 

  • Passion for resident-centered care
