Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with laundry
Encourage independence, social interaction, and engagement in activities
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the Care Coordinator
Maintain accurate and timely records of client care
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

6+ months caregiving experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed, up to 25 lbs.
Reliable & insured transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
