You have Hoyer Life Exp. (Big Plus!)
You have Dementia Care Exp. (Big Plus!)
You have a valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle + auto insurance.
You can commit to working at least 40 hours per month
You are a current resident of Santa Cruz County

We have shifts available Monday - Sunday
Hours Between 7am - 10 pm
Various Shifts Available!

Your Responsibilities May Include...
Companionship & Conversation
Meal Planning & Preparation
Medication Reminders
Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting, brief change)
Light Housekeeping
Laundry
Hospice Care (Bed Bound Care)
Dementia Care
Transfers (with or without equipment such as hoyer lift)
Transportation to appointments and errands

$20.00 - $24.00 / hour, based on experience
