Overview

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, directs, coordinates, and controls the nursing activities of his or her assigned staff. Assignments are performed appropriately to age and developmental level of patients being served. Responsible for maintaining nursing schedules, orientation of new employees.

Required Education:

  • Associate's Degree. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Care is delivered in all-private rooms with 4:1 CCU and 2:1 CVICU nurse-patient ratios, supported by an engaged charge nurse and a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, therapists, and specialized nursing roles, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and excellent patient outcomes.
