As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will enjoy variety in your work while supporting the clinic flow.  You will assist with patient movement, gathering vitals, weight, height; documentation, sterilizing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining examination rooms

 

The Ortho Clinic is a fast pace, multi hall clinic seeing 200-250 patients per day! If you are interested in Muscular & Skeletal health, this is the place for you. 

 

In addition to LNAs, our care team is made up of a stellar Provider team, passionate RNs, LPNs, and MAs working alongside Orthopedic Technicians and Athletic Trainers. This passionate team offers an environment where growth opportunities and additional training are supported.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including, but not be limited to, performing ADL’s, obtaining clinical data, including vital signs, heights and weights, utilizing universal precautions, collecting specimens or performing point of care testing and recording results in medical record, etc.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping the hallways clear of excess equipment, emptying linen bags when full, etc.
  • Assists visitors and answer telephones.
  • Assists new co-workers in learning the work of the department.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • High school graduate required.
    • Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
    • Previous hospital experience preferred.

    Required Licensure/Certifications

    • Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH required.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required.
