Hours: Full-time (1st Shift), Weekend Requirements: On Call (Depends on Nursing Dept needs and DOH requirements)

Salary: $105K-$115K/year (based on licensure and experience)


Interviews: In-Person (30-minute interview) between 2pm- 4pm (M-F)

The Infection Preventionist - LPN is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating infection control and prevention programs in a long-term care setting to ensure the safety and well-being of resident, staff, and visitors.


Infection Preventionist - LPN Key Responsibilities:

Infection Preventionist - LPN Qualifications:

  • IP Certification a MUST

  • Excellent Excel Spreadsheet Knowledge and MDROS Experience

  • active/ valid LPN license in the state of NJ is a MUST

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing. 

  • Prior experience in infection prevention in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

  • Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in infection prevention.
