Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
One (1) year experience as a RN.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.

Texas Health Willow Park offers a range of outpatient services, including diagnostic imaging available seven days a week, cardiac rehabilitation, and physical and orthopedic therapy. With an on-site fitness center, we support both recovery and long-term wellness for Parker County and western Fort Worth residents. Texas Health Neighborhood Care & Wellness Willow Park, an integrated health campus owned and operated by Texas Health Resources, opened in eastern Parker County in January 2015 and features a freestanding emergency department, fitness center and three-story medical office building. Services include cardiac rehabilitation, behavioral health, physical therapy, laboratory services, advanced imaging and a chronic disease management program. Operations Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and delegate activities as required for safe, efficient, and effective operation of the unit including active participation with other hospital departments and leadership to accomplish this purpose. Provide resources and guidance to support the utilization of evidence based practice standards. Identify and utilize processes and resources that support optimal delivery of data and information to staff. Facilitate activities that prepare unit, environment, and staff to meet credentialing bodies requirements.
