As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Knoxville, TN.

Monday–Friday schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
No weekends, no call, no holidays for excellent work-life balance
Fully paperless site – must be highly comfortable with computers and EMR systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task

What You’ll Do

Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting

We are currently seeking dependable and flexible RNs and LPNs for an On-Call Nurse position in the Oak Ridge and Knoxville, TN area supporting one-on-one, in-home patient care. This role is ideal for nurses who are looking for additional income opportunities while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. This position primarily involves being available during scheduled on-call hours to provide coverage if a patient care need arises. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Schedule: On-Call (12- or 24-hour shifts; weekend rotation may be required) Compensation: If called in to provide care, nurses will be paid their regular base hourly rate for time worked , in addition to the $10/hour on-call pay Offers are contingent upon passing a background check. #INDEAST \n Responsibilities Remain available and responsive during scheduled on-call hours Provide direct, one-on-one patient care in the home if activated Travel to assigned patient homes within a reasonable timeframe Deliver care in accordance with individualized care plans and clinical standards Document care accurately and communicate updates to the care team Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
