Responsibilities:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties, as defined by the State of Florida, will be performed, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other basic care needs.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents, families, and caregivers.

• Assist with medication administration, as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience for residents.

• Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's values, including respect, empathy, and compassion.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.

• Shifts available: 7a - 3:30p, 3p - 11:30p, 11p - 7:30a.
