CNA/ Certified Nurse Aide Requirements and Responsibilities:

· Currently holds an active state issued CNA certificate.

· Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility

· Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.

· Ensure patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.

· Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

*Reliable transportation to worksite location

*Alternate weekend availability.

*Starting pay is $18.25 / hour! *We have 3 full-time positions to fill across all 3 shifts: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)! Every other weekend is required! The Caregiver / CNA will provide assistance with daily living activities for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. You may be required to respond to emergency calls and situations, document and report care provided, and transport residents to various functions or locations.
