Highly Skilled Caregiver

Job Summary:

We're seeking exceptional and experienced caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, each with their own unique needs and stories. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminder(s)
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and light housekeeping
• Support clients with mobility and cognitive impairments, including transferring and repositioning
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team

Requirements:

• 6 months minimum experience with personal care and ADL's is required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients (up to 25 pounds)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have valid Driver License and a reliable & insured vehicle

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
