Weekend Caregiver / CNA

Part-Time Weekend Mornings | $16–$17/hr

Support a friendly client in Wilmington with companionship, meal prep, personal care, cat care, and transportation to local errands and appointments. The client uses a wheelchair for mobility, so caregivers must be comfortable assisting with transfers and able to lift approximately 10 pounds to load and unload the wheelchair from their vehicle. This is a great opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping someone stay active and independent.

Weekend Schedule

  • Saturdays & Sundays

  • 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Consistent weekly hours

  • Opportunities for additional shifts if desired

Pay & Perks

  • $16–$17 per hour based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

As a caregiver, you'll help make each day brighter and safer by:

  • Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

  • Assisting with personal care and mobility

  • Preparing simple meals and snacks

  • Providing cat care

  • Helping with light housekeeping tasks

  • Ability to safely lift 10 pounds to load and unload a wheelchair for transportation

What We're Looking For

  • Caregiving or CNA experience preferred

  • Dementia care experience is helpful

  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

  • A compassionate, dependable, and attentive attitude
