Right at Home is hiring CNAs and PCAs with DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE!

All shifts, all days available providing 1:1 care for a female living with dementia. She is a resident of a memory care facility and needs a little extra safety supervision and engagement. CNA and PCA Duties will include:

· Light ADL support, including helping with dressing and toileting

· Dementia care: conversation, guiding, prompting

· Accompany to meals and assist where necessary

· SAFETY IS KEY! Stay with your client at all times; walk with her and maintain fall precautions

The ideal CNA and PCA candidate will:

have at least 1 year of dementia experience caring for someone with significant cognitive impairment
be available to work at least 2 shifts per week
be kind and compassionate and PATIENT
have reliable transportation
have a clean background with no felonies or misdemeanors
be able to pass a drug test
