Requirements:

Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
ACLS may be required prior to start date.
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as an OR RN within the last year.
Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.
Strong familiarity circulating multiple specialties.
Must show competency with reviewing procedural consents, safe patient positioning, expert knowledge of universal protocol, experience with establishing and verifying surgical supply/instrument counts, and experience setting up and assisting with various operating room equipment.
